At TOAST, we are committed to slow fashion and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is neatly folded.

Label and Post

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
